September 2026 SFPE Chapter Meeting

This is the regularly scheduled monthly meeting of the Middle TN Chapter of SFPE.   

We are pleased to welcome Mark Hopkins with Summit Fire Consulting as our technical presenter for "Corrosion in Dry Sprinkler Systems: Causes, Detection, and Mitigation." Mark is one of the industry's leading voices on corrosion in sprinkler systems, and he will be joining us in person to walk through what drives corrosion and the design and mitigation strategies that actually hold up in the field.

Mark Hopkins, PE, SFPE Fellow – Engineering Director. Mark is a registered Fire Protection Engineer and brings over 30 years of Fire Protection Industry experience and has worked for both fire engineering consulting firms and Sprinkler Industry associations.
